Gregory Lyle Singleton: Attorney with Signature Law, PLLC

Biography

Gregory Singleton is a skilled attorney, experienced in both litigation and transactional work. Before he dedicated his practice to estate planning, he developed a reputation for creative and efficient resolution of complicated matters. He has tried multi-million-dollar cases and negotiated multi-billion-dollar contracts.

Before focusing his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship/conservatorship law, his litigation practice included matters ranging from breach of contract, complex commercial transaction disputes, real estate disputes, business and corporate ownership disputes, and civil rights claims. Transactional matters included representation of clients in matters relating to negotiation and drafting in such matters including, for example, procurement and operations agreements, business formation, mergers, and acquisitions, contract drafting, assignment, novation, and amendment, and various employment related contracts and documents.

When he started Signature Law, Gregory hung up his three-piece suits to have a more client centered practice with a focus on legacy planning: estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship law, and small business formation and succession planning. His goal is to make the law accessible to you and your families. Estate planning is not a job for him, it’s a passion. Gregory strives to provide the most effective representation, personalized for each client, with world-class customer service.

When not practicing law, Gregory can be found rock climbing, hiking the Superior Hiking Trail, collecting board games, and spending time with his family.
