When I graduated from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, I passed the bar examination immediately and was admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania. I did not immediately pursue a traditional path of grinding out long hours as a new associate at a big firm. Instead I returned to the business world and focused on helping my employer as an in-house counsel working with a number of entrepreneurial startups within the company’s family of businesses. In addition to helping entrepreneurs with all of the legalities of starting, growing and running new businesses , I began to explore the possibility of starting my own solo law practice. While continuing to serve entrepreneurs and small and growing businesses I also decided to concentrate on areas of law most of us encounter at some point in our lives – accidents, death (probate, trusts, Wills, etc), real estate, and more.

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION (PROBATE) The estate administration (also known as probate) process can be quite complex and occasionally quite contentious. I can help you by validating the will if there is one, taking inventory of the deceased’s assets, determining who is entitled to the assets, and making sure assets are distributed according to the law or thewill if there is one. I will help you set everything up so that everything is done properly with the goal of Court approval at the end and you can move on. I assist clients and their families who have lost a loved one and are dealing with the probate process. I can guide you through all stages of probate as well as deal with any disputes.
