Greta Carter is an accomplished attorney with a passion for legal advocacy, particularly in areas involving complex litigation and dispute resolution.She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was awarded the prestigious Governor’s Scholarship, a full-tuition merit-based award. Greta’s academic excellence is reflected in her consistent placement on the Dean’s List in multiple semesters.During law school, Greta was an active participant in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiation, and Arbitration competitions, where she honed her skills in these specialized areas of law. She also held leadership roles, serving as Vice President of Administration for OutLaw and Secretary for the Environmental and Land Use Law Society.Greta gained substantial legal experience through clerkships and internships. At Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP in Los Angeles, she conducted in-depth legal research and drafted key legal documents including demand letters, complaints, and discovery requests. She also gained firsthand insight into mediations, depositions, and client consultations.As a judicial intern for the Honorable Roy B. Dalton, Jr., in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Greta worked on a variety of cases, performing extensive legal research and drafting memoranda of law and court orders. She observed juvenile dependency hearings, jury trials, and cases involving civil rights and statutory violations, providing her with a broad legal perspective.Before law school, Greta graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science.
