Gwendolyn Moyer

Gwendolyn is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel in both the private and public sectors. Her background includes work in banking, real estate, corporate law, estate planning, and government matters, as well as directing a foreclosure and bankruptcy division at a recognized law firm in Puerto Rico. She has also served in public roles, including as an attorney for the Municipality of San Juan and as a legal advisor to COSSEC, where she worked on regulatory, legislative, and administrative matters.
