Biography

Camille Papini-Chapla focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation across the country, at the trial and appellate levels. She has experience in complex commercial, motor vehicle dealer network litigation, medical and pharmaceutical product liability, class actions, and high-stakes medical malpractice cases across the United States in state and federal courts.

Camille has developed significant experience in Article III and prudential standing arguments in both class actions and receivership matters. She has prevailed in federal courts across the country at both the motion to dismiss and summary judgment stage by ensuring that federal courts adopt a strict approach to their own subject matter jurisdiction.

Camille has managed large eDiscovery teams in government investigations, internal investigations, antitrust and product liability matters, and is keen to fully understand her clients’ complex businesses in order to perform effective and tailored collections and productions. She also has robust deposition and courtroom experience, which includes drafting numerous dispositive motions, pleadings, expert reports, and appellate briefs, including two pro bono amici curiae to the Supreme Court of the United States.
