H. H. (Chip) Nation, IV

H. H. (Chip) Nation IV, a distinguished attorney, entered the world in Jasper, Alabama, in 1977, setting the stage for a remarkable legal career. Admitted to the bar in 2003, Mr. Nation embarked on his journey toward legal excellence following his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in 1999.

His dedication to legal scholarship was evident during his time at Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, where he distinguished himself on the Dean’s List and was honored with the prestigious Alabama Circuit Judges’ Scholarship. It was here that Mr. Nation honed his legal acumen, culminating in the award of his Juris Doctor degree in 2003.
