H. Luke Mitcheson

Luke has been representing seriously injured clients since 2012. Before starting his personal injury practice, Luke worked for a large defense firm in Boston where he gained critical insight into the workings of the insurance defense world. Now, as a plaintiff's attorney, Luke uses this insider's knowledge to his clients' advantage, helping them obtain the full and fair compensation they deserve.

Luke is sought after for his superior trial skills and his compassion for his clients. Since joining Morgan & Morgan, Luke has recovered more than $10 million dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.

An untiring advocate for motor vehicle and bicycle safety, Luke is committed to Vision Zero Boston which aims to eliminate fatal and serious traffic crashes in the city of Boston by 2030. He is the Chair of the Board of Directors at Eliot Community Human Services whose mission is to serve the most vulnerable and at-risk populations in our community.

Born in London, England, and raised in Winchester, Massachusetts, Luke now lives in Lincoln with his wife and two sons. When not in the office Luke can be found in New Hampshire at his family cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee fishing with his sons.
