She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Millikin University, where her passion for logic and reasoning was cultivated, while working to support herself. Initially uncertain about her professional path, Haley spent a few years in the workforce before a friend's suggestion led her to consider law school. Seeking to apply her analytical skills to real-world issues, Haley visited the University of Arizona and was captivated by the Southwest's natural beauty. This inspired her to pursue a law degree at the James E. Rogers College of Law on a full scholarship.Graduating in 2019, Haley relocated to Phoenix with her husband and embraced a career in employment law in 2020.
