Biography

Haley is originally from El Paso, Texas. She attended New Mexico State University and in 2009 graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Government and a minor in International Relations. As part of a thesis research grant, Haley spent two months in Iceland interviewing members of the country’s financial and industrial sectors. After college, Haley attended the University of New Mexico School of Law in Albuquerque, NM. Haley served as a Manuscript Editor on the Natural Resources Journal between 2014 and 2016. Also during law school, Haley interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office Appellate Division, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New Mexico Public Defender Department Appellate Division, and worked as a Criminal Justice Act contract clerk for a solo practitioner.

Currently, Haley assists the firm’s directors in matters on behalf of various governmental agencies, counties, and municipalities in New Mexico
