Rachel McCallister is an associate in the Memphis office of Lewis Thomason. Rachel earned her J.D.,
summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Arkansas State University. While in law school, Rachel worked as a judicial extern for Judge Bernice B. Donald of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She also served as an Articles Editor on Volume 52 of
The University of Memphis Law Review.Before joining Lewis Thomason, Rachel served two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Holly Kirby of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

During her time as a law student, Ms. Robison actively engaged in various academic and leadership roles. She served as a Notes Editor on the Editorial Board of The University of Memphis Law Review, where she honed her legal research and writing skills. Additionally, she had the honor of being the Director of Events on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Robison’s passion for law led her to gain firsthand insight into the judicial process as a judicial extern for Judge Mark S. Norris of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. She also had the privilege of externing with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where she gained a deep understanding of healthcare law and its impact on our community.
Prior to law school, Ms. Robison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. When not immersed in her legal career, you can find her passionately cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. She also finds joy in giving back to her alma mater, Hutchison School, by coaching lacrosse, fostering leadership skills in the next generation.
