Experience: Representative Experience: Participated in the work for Manova Partners in connection with the acquisition of the VIBE office building in Warsaw from Ghelamco.; Participated in the work for PIB Group Poland in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in two insurance brokerage companies, mBroker NET and inBroker NET.; Participated in the work for TMS Inwestycje, a company owned by Tobias Solorz, in connection with the acquisition of the 148-room Hotel Inn Resort Warszawa Jozefow from Aquila Group.; Participated in the work for Cromwell Property Group in connection with the sale of a real estate portfolio consisting of six retail centers located in Warsaw, Szczecin, Wroclaw, lodz, Torun and Bydgoszcz to Star Capital Finance. The value of the transaction was EUR 285 million.; Participated in the work for WOOD & Company in connection with the signing of joint venture agreements with the logistics developer 7R in relation to a logistics project in Tczew. As part of the transaction WOOD & Company acquired the majority of shares in the project company implementing the project.; Participated in the work for GLP Poland in connection with the acquisition of two logistics warehouses in Janki near Warsaw. The properties have a total area of 37,600 sqm.; Participated in the work for Ghelamco in connection with the sale of the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels located in The HUB complex in Warsaw to the French real estate fund Corum XL managed by Corum Asset Management.; Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and lodz, comprising 61,450 sqm and 34,420 sqm respectively, from logistics property developer 7R.; Assisted in the work for Echo Investment in connection with the sale of the My Place II (Moje Miejsce II) office complex in Warsaw to Trigea Real Estate Fund.; Assisted in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the logistics park P3 Wroclaw II located in Wroclaw, with a total leasable area of 185,000 sqm.; Assisted in the work for Cromwell Property Group Poland in connection with the sale of all shares in the company holding the Wisniowy Business Park office complex in Warsaw to a Hungarian investor.; Participated over the course of a year in project for the global real estate investment manager CBRE Investment Management in connection with the phased closing of approximately 49 prime logistics assets in Europe and the United States. This landmark deal was one of the largest property transactions in Europe in 2022.; Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose vehicle owned by Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm located in Czluchow, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approximately 72.6 MW.; Advises GLP Group companies (formerly Goodman) in connection with asset management matters, land development and construction process issues.; Participates in the works for Tritax EuroBox plc regarding ongoing issues relating to the construction and maintenance of warehouse facilities.
