Biography

Hannah Cunning Valente is an Associate at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole and Giblin, LLP, where she is a member of the Firm’s Public Entity, Labor and Employment, Transportation, Higher Education, Sports Law, Municipal Law, Election Law, Real Estate Law, Public Procurement and Contracting, Redevelopment, and Condemnation practice groups. Prior to joining DeCotiis, Ms. Valente served as the General Counsel of Raymond Representation, a sports and marketing agency representing college and professional athletes and sports influencers.

Ms. Valente received her B.A. in Theology & B.S in Health Policy & Management from Providence College in 2020, where she was a four-year manager for the men’s basketball team. After graduating Providence, Ms. Valente attended Elon University School of Law. During her second year of law school at Elon, Hannah obtained her National Basketball Players Association certified Agent license, additionally becoming a certified Women’s National Player’s Association, and a certified FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, agent.
