Harold A. Perakis

Since 1983, Mr. Perakis has represented clients in state and federal courts around the country in claims involving automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, workers compensation, and admiralty law and employee rights. Mr. Perakis has successfully litigated federal and state claims in over 10 states, including Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, California and Texas, resulting in millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts. He has argued numerous cases before the Michigan Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Mr. Perakis is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
