Biography

Harris Kirsch is a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department where he represents clients in the fields of automobile litigation, commercial premises liability, construction litigation, third party water litigation claims, personal injury protection claims and general casualty matters. He is frequently retained by insurance carriers to assist in the defense of homeowner associations, property management companies and other companies for a multitude of premises liability claims. Additionally, Harris has experience representing the food and beverage industry handling premises liability, spilled substances, falling merchandise, employee negligence and retail theft.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Harris worked at one of Florida’s largest defense insurance firms handling casualty matters for a multitude of insurance companies. Harris started his legal career working for the Broward County State Attorney’s Office where he handled the prosecution of various crimes including armed robberies, drug trafficking and carjacking. He also assisted law enforcement in the investigation and subsequent prosecution of traffic homicide cases and complex insurance and general fraud cases.

Harris is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
