Biography

Harris D. Bresowsky represents hospitals, doctors, healthcare facilities, and pharmaceutical companies in medical malpractice defense and asbestos litigation defense. He is involved in various phases of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, legal research, motion practice, investigations, and suit evaluations.

Harris is Vice Chair, American Constitution Society, New York Chapter.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Harris was a New York State Excelsior Fellow and worked as a Congressional Staff Member. He was also a Government Law Center Fellow during his time at Albany Law School.

Harris speaks English, Russian and limited Ukrainian.
