Harry Martin Rifkin

Harry Rifkin has spent more than four decades helping clients navigate complex legal issues through the Law Offices of Harry M. Rifkin, which has served clients since 2011. He earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University with distinction before attending the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. While there, he won the Edwin R. Keedy Cup, a prestigious moot court award that reflects his early strengths in advocacy and persuasive writing. After graduating, Mr. Rifkin returned to his hometown of Baltimore and has practiced law in Maryland continuously since 1982. Although his office is based in Maryland, he has handled franchise matters across the United States, including cases that received national attention. Mr. Rifkin has also shared his knowledge in the classroom as an Adjunct Professor at Stevenson University, teaching legal courses to undergraduate students. Within the bar, he has taken on leadership roles, including chairing the Maryland State Bar Association Franchise and Distribution Law Committee. He is also a long-time member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.
