Biography

Harry P. Mirabile is an associate attorney in the transactional department of the firm. His primary areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, trusts and estates, taxation, probate administration, and condominium and homeowner's association law. Mr. Mirabile also provides research assistance to the litigation department. Mr. Mirabile was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011.

Mr. Mirabile earned his LL.M. in Taxation degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. His LL.M. enabled him to gain the knowledge and develop the skills needed to counsel individuals in the areas of tax planning, succession planning, estate and trust planning, and asset protection.

Mr. Mirabile earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2011. There, he was a 2L and 3L senator on the Student Bar Association and a Site Coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, where he donated over 190 professional hours of Pro Bono Service. While attending law school, Mr. Mirabile held a Judicial Clerk internship in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania during the summer of 2009 and a Judicial Clerk externship in the Collier County 20th Judicial Circuit Court during the fall of 2009. Additionally, he earned awards in Moot Court competitions such as Honorable Mention in the Spring 2009 1L Appellate Competition, Third Place in the Fall 2009 Internal Appellate Competition, and Honorable Mention in the Spring 2011 Internal Client Counseling Competition.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Mirabile graduated from Villanova University in 2008, where he received his B.A. in English and a minor in philosophy. Mr. Mirabile was actively involved in the Villanova community and assisted in the leadership of several fundraising events throughout his attendance. While at Villanova, he was selected to represent the University as a Local Program Host in the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Fall Festival, which is hosted and organized by Villanova students and is the largest annual student-run Special Olympics event in the world. He was also the 2007 Philanthropy Chair Head, of the Pennsylvania Eta Gamma Chapter of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, in which he coordinated a charity golf tournament that donated $40,000.00 in total net proceeds to the Children's Miracle Network of Philadelphia.

Mr. Mirabile was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he resided with his parents, two brothers, and the rest of his large Italian family. He currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife, who is also an attorney at the firm. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, and golfing (with the hope of someday reclaiming the two handicap he once held).
