Biography

Mr. Cohen has exclusively represented seriously injured individuals, and the families of those whose deaths were caused due to the negligence of others, since 1990. Mr. Cohen has resolved thousands of cases over his 20+ years of practice ranging from the families of victims of wrongful death, to individuals who sustain whiplash injuries in an automobile accident. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which reflects resolution of cases in excess of One Million Dollars.

Additionally, Mr. Cohen has aggressively represented individuals in worker's compensation claims, product defect cases, slip and falls, construction accidents, insurance disputes, and many other types of general negligence and/or injury claims. Mr. Cohen represents all of these individuals in an aggressive and professional manner so that they may receive the recovery they are entitled under Florida Law.
