Biography

Hayden is developing a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on public law disputes.He earned his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where he assisted faculty with research in human rights, labour, and constitutional law. His work has also been published in the Alberta Law Review.Hayden articled with Hunter Litigation Chambers before clerking for six justices of the British Columbia Supreme Court. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2022.
