Biography

Hayley Michelle Auletta is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Auletta completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. She later went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Throughout law school, Ms. Auletta served as the President of the Criminal Law Society, a Research Assistant for a Family Law professor, a Certified Legal Intern for the Juvenile Defense Clinic, and an Advocate on the Mock Trial Team, representing Barry Law in competitions all over the state of Florida. Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Auletta worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney's Office for the 18th Judicial Circuit where she gained experience in evidentiary hearings, motion practice, courtroom decorum, and trial.

When Ms. Auletta is not representing her clients, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, her two rottweilers, Rhea and Athena, and family and friends.
