Raised in Riverside, Heath's connection to the region is profound. A graduate of Cal Baptist, he furthered his education at Southern California Law School, earning his Juris Doctorate.

Heath's professional journey boasts a unique blend of experiences. Retiring from the Riverside Police Department, he gained valuable insights into the courts, investigations, and the judicial process, offering a comprehensive understanding of the criminal prosecution system. Post-retirement, Heath transitioned into the role of a licensed private investigator, dedicating over six years to working in both the criminal and civil arenas, with a specific focus on family law and child custody cases. During this time, he honed the skill of supporting legal cases for other attorneys through investigations, a proficiency he now exclusively applies to benefit his own clients.
