Biography

Heather June Hatcher is a Partner in the firm's Jacksonville office. She practices in all phases of civil litigation, including catastrophic and personal injury litigation, insurance coverage and carrier representation, and first party property.

Ms. Hatcher grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from the University of North Florida. Later, she graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law where she was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, received multiple book awards, was elected to serve as an Honor Court Representative, and earned a Pro Bono Honors distinction upon graduation.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Hatcher practiced as an Assistant State Attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Ms. Hatcher prosecuted and tried various types of important criminal cases, including major felonies, and gained a wealth of jury trial experience and knowledge of the trial process.
