Heather K. Thielen is an associate attorney at Rossi law Group. She represents various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insured companies in worker's compensation cases. She has handled Mandatory Settlement Conferences Expedited Hearings, Case-in-Chief and Lien trials in several WCAB offices, including Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Bakersfield, Van Nuys, Marina Del Rey, Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Anaheim.

Heather graduated from UC Santa Barbara and began working for an applicant firm while subsequently attending law school. Upon passing the bar, Heather became an associate attorney working in house for a major insurance company. Heather has also worked at a large private law firm where she gained experience in handling cases from inception to end including deposing applicants and doctors, rating medical reports, and representing several different insurance carriers at the WCAB.

Heather is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
