Biography

Heather Lam, esq. comes to our firm with over 14 years of workers’ compensation experience. Heather is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in workers compensation. Heather’s extensive knowledge comes from many years of representing both injured workers as well as employers and insurance companies, being able to see both sides of a workers compensation case.

Ms. Lam has worked for both outside law firms and directly for insurance companies, bringing our firm inside knowledge of how insurance companies think. Attorney Lam now dedicates her time to protecting the rights of injured workers and their dependents. Attorney Lam has extensive experience in court as well as in depositions, both of witnesses and doctors alike.

When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.

Ms. Lam graduated with an undergraduate degree from UCLA and obtained her Law Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
