Ms. Winslow is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and specializes in facilitating partnerships and joint ventures, managing complex commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, orchestrating stock and asset transactions, negotiating construction and development agreements, coordinating preferred equity, debt and convertible debt financings, overseeing retail, office and solar leasing, and structuring management and employment arrangements. With a diverse clientele including regional and national developers, real estate investment trusts, large corporations, small business owners, and individuals across Westchester County and its environs, Ms. Winslow offers comprehensive legal counsel tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
Heidi’s real estate practice spans across various property classes, including mixed-use projects, retail shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, commercial condominiums, parking garages, multi-family projects, and private residences. Representing owners and developers in large-scale development projects, Heidi manages every stage of the process – from acquisition and construction to financing, property management, and leasing. She has served as lead deal counsel in many of Westchester County’s most transformational projects.
Heidi’s is also adept at facilitating business sales and acquisitions, providing clients with invaluable insights into the intricate complexities of such deals. Heidi advises clients on essential day-to-day matters including business formation and structuring, shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements, credit facilities, and other general corporate concerns. She has served as outside general counsel for numerous companies and educational institutions, assisting her clients with a broad range of contracts. Heidi is frequently sought after for her aptitude in resolving contract and construction disputes through non-judicial means.

Prior to joining DelBello Donnellan, Ms. Winslow was an associate in the corporate department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, working primarily on structured finance transactions.
