Henri M. Saunders, our esteemed senior partner, brings over 25 years of experience in personal injury law, specializing in maritime and industrial accidents. Hailing from Thibodaux, Louisiana, Henri pursued his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University, where he proudly contributed to two national championship baseball teams in 1991 and 1993. In 1997, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center, subsequently serving as a staff attorney for the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal before transitioning into private practice. Throughout his career, Henri has steadfastly dedicated himself to assisting individuals in challenging circumstances, never representing large corporations or insurance companies.Having worked as a laborer in the oilfield industry, shipyards, and offshore prior to law school, Henri possesses firsthand knowledge of the inherent dangers involved in such work environments. This background has fueled his passion for maritime law. Henri's competitive spirit as a former national champion pitcher for LSU shines through in his approach to each case, and his experience as a boat captain further enhances his understanding of the perils faced on the water.
