Biography

HENRY H. DEARING has been with Gifford, Dearing & Abernathy, LLP for over 49 years. Henry concentrates on estate planning and probate work, including will and trust contests. Additionally, Henry assists small businesses with their general legal work, including collections and state court litigation, and serves a private fiduciary for trusts and estates of all sizes.

Henry graduated from Harvard University (cum laude) in 1970 and from Boston University School of Law in 1974.
