Henry S. Monti, a board-certified civil trial expert, is passionate about his role as a trial lawyer, a conviction that has driven his impressive career. He began as a public defender and later served as a special assistant attorney general, trying over 30 jury cases, including high-profile homicide trials. These formative experiences honed his trial skills, emphasizing preparation, ease, and jury rapport. For over two decades, Henry has applied his expertise at Gemma Law Associates, Inc., advocating for personal injury victims in cases such as auto and truck accidents and slip-and-fall incidents. Although many cases settle through mediation or arbitration, Henry's trial-ready approach ensures comprehensive case preparation.

Henry is actively involved in the legal community and has been recognized with the Rhode Island Association for Justice's Lifetime Achievement Award. He lectures frequently on trial and personal injury law and serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice.
