Biography

Herb has been practicing law since 1971. Herb counsels foreign-based multinational corporations, families and individuals in connection with EXIM bank financing, license agreements, sales and acquisitions of jet aircraft, sale and leaseback financing. His practice is based on decades of experience, success, and trust.

Herb graduated with a B.S. from Brooklyn College, a J.D. with Honors from George Washington University National Law Center, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He also directs international law at various businesses such as Corona Capital Ltd, Montpelier Resources Ltd and Genesis Foundation Inc.
