Hilary N. Duncan Supak

Hilary Supak is an associate attorney with Rivas Goldstein, LLP. Her current practice areas include healthcare, regulatory and administrative law, and administrative appeals. She represents physicians and other healthcare professionals before their respective licensing boards and has experience representing medical service providers and individual practitioners on compliance with health care rules and regulations as well as with various transactional matters.

Ms. Supak graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts and obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. She was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 2012. Throughout the course of her career, she has represented numerous individuals, businesses, and healthcare professionals in a wide range of litigation matters throughout the State of Texas.
