For over 20 years, Hollie Wieland's practice has focused on commercial and employment litigation. She has extensive litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, administrative hearings, arbitrations and trials. She has successfully represented employees and employers in FLSA collective actions. Ms. Wieland regularly counsels clients regarding employment matters, such as investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, compliance audits and policy development.

In January 2013, she was appointed as General Counsel for the American Numismatic Association, the second-oldest federally chartered non-profit with over 25,000 members. As General Counsel, she provides advice on employment matters, corporate governance, compliance with IRS guidelines relating to lobbying and political activities of nonprofit organizations, contracts and pending or threatened litigation.
