Holly Fic is a dedicated family law attorney with over 20
years of litigation experience, recently joining McFarling Cohen Fic &
Squires. Originally from New Jersey, Holly moved to Las Vegas to attend UNLV,
where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and her Juris
Doctor from the Boyd School of Law. Graduating in the top third of her class,
Holly was an active student, participating in the Charter Class and
contributing to the Children’s Attorney Project and the Child Welfare Clinic.
Her passion for family law began during these formative years and has continued
throughout her career. Holly has represented children and families in Family
Court, often taking on pro bono guardianship and family law cases, and working
closely with Legal Aid to protect vulnerable individuals. She has served as a
Pro Tem Hearing Master in various capacities, including minor guardianships and
family court matters. Holly is licensed to practice in Nevada and the U.S.
District Court of Nevada and is an active member of the Family Law Section. In
her personal time, she is a dedicated animal advocate and volunteers at the
Henderson Animal Shelter.
