Holly is a member of the transactions team which primarily serves middle market businesses on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including letters of intent, deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, executing complex transactions and closings. She also provides outside general counsel to entrepreneurs, investors, emerging companies and Fortune 500 companies on corporate governance and securities.

Prior to joining the law firm, Holly practiced law in Delaware.
