Biography

Holly Winter is senior counsel in WSHB’s Portland office. She handles complex civil litigation matters with a focus on employment, construction, catastrophic injury and transportation. Before joining the firm, she spent over ten years as a Deputy District Attorney where she handled a variety of criminal matters that allowed for extensive courtroom and trial experience.

Holly earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Willamette University and her law degree from Gonzaga School of Law. While in law school, she completed internships with the Washington Attorney General’s Office and the Spokane City Prosecutor’s Office. She was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review and served as the Membership Committee Chair. She also received multiple CALI Awards for Excellence in her Legal Research and Writing courses.

In her free time, Holly enjoys watching college football and basketball, reading, and going on adventures with family.
