Attorney Mullin is one of few attorneys in the metro Milwaukee area trained as a mediator and certified in Collaborative Law. What this means for clients is not only is she well versed in the area of family law, but she also has demonstrated an ability to take a low conflict approach to solving problems. This saves time and money for clients, reducing the costs and emotional toll of family law matters.

Prior to joining Sterling Law Offices Attorney Holly Mullin was employed at Jacobson Legal Group, S.C. for seven years. She was one of two attorneys at the firm focusing on family law helping clients from Waukesha county.

Prior to being admitted to the Wisconsin Bar Association she was the law clerk for the Honorable Maxine White, Milwaukee County Family Court Judge, which is now an asset she can leverage when entering the court room. Attorney Mullin served as a mediator in Milwaukee County Small Claims Court, giving her many repetitions to calm high conflict situations.

Attorney Holly Mullin demonstrates a commitment to the local community by volunteering legal services to several organizations including the Milwaukee County Family Law Self Help Clinic, Kids Matter Inc, and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.

By maintaining focus in family law, Attorney Holly Mullin is able to give clients comprehensive legal representation. She understands the many angles of family law cases as she has held a seat as an attorney, judicial clerk and guardian ad litem.
