Biography

Holly Letourneau focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense and counseling clients in antitrust matters. Holly’s work includes defending international corporations in large-scale, high-risk litigations, including class actions and opt out actions. She has robust experience in every stage of litigation, from action inception, through dispositive motions, multi-jurisdictional discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial. Holly’s practice involves work in many sectors, including shipping, manufacturing, and the cutting edge of antitrust and intellectual property.

Holly has an active pro bono practice. Her pro bono work includes leading a four-month secondment with the Federal Public Defender’s office, where she defended indigent clients in criminal matters ranging from securing compassionate release for prisoners to defending a felony trial.

During law school, Holly was a member of the Jessup Moot Court team. She continues to mentor future Jessup members in preparation for competition.

• Represented pharmaceutical clients in multiple high-profile class-action antitrust litigations concerning generic delay antitrust theories, including as trial counsel.°

• High profile defense at trial of an individual executive carved out from a company’s leniency agreement with the DOJ antitrust division.°
