Biography

Howard has been practicing law since 1977 and has been with Loeb Block since 1980. He specializes in international and domestic trusts and estates planning, taxation, and real property, representing ultra-high net worth individuals, families, privately held companies, family offices and fiduciaries on all aspects of their legal, succession, business and financial activities.

Howard graduated top of his class, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany. He then pursued a law degree, obtaining a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
