Member of the Fordham Law Review and Law Review Editorial Board Admitted in New York State, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, u.s. District Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Named to Super Lawyers 2011, 2012, 2013 Was an Associate and then a Partner at a major New York litigation firm (Bower & Gardner). Began the firm’s Appeals Unit and was the senior partner in that unit.

Was counsel at other major New York firms, specializing in appeals, significant motions and trial memoranda covering various areas of the law, including medical malpractice, labor law, premises liability, automobile, product liability, insurance and general tort litigation.

Has argued 100s of appeals in those areas.
