Howard brings Accel clients over 35 years of diverse legal work a business experience resulting from his ownership of several small businesses. Having been corporate counsel for multiple Fortune 500 companies, Howard has served as both working attorney and managing attorney in the areas of transactional law and litigation matters. He applies his extensive experience to guide the start-up of new business ventures. His practice spans international sales, supply chain structures, technology transfers, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, construction law and federal contracts.
