Biography

Jinny Lee is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Salt Lake City office. Jinny focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions for both private equity and strategic clients, debt financing, and general corporate matters. She has significant experience advising cross-border bond and equity issuances, as well as commercial contracts for multinational organizations. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Jinny practiced at another international law firm in Singapore, where she worked on capital markets transactions.
