Experience: Litigation: Acted for: a major US networking hardware manufacturer in litigations against several of its Italian distributors on contract and antitrust matters. One of these disputes, in particular, involves the enforcement of a US arbitral award in Italy and public policy issues;; a leading pharmaceutical company in a complex environmental proceeding for the refund of the costs of the reclaim held on the lands purchased from the counterparty;; a company which was involved in the EXPO 2015 exhibition, in a proceeding concerning compensation for alleged environmental damages;; a member of a board of auditors involved in an action for liability promoted by the new board of directors;; a leading construction group which is involved in the requalification and development of a former industrial area in Lombardia, in a dispute pending before the Arbitration Chamber of Milan against a construction company.
