Ian Burkow concentrates his practice on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, business torts, real estate and construction disputes, employment actions, and regulatory compliance. He also represents clients in white collar criminal matters, including grand jury investigations, bank and health care fraud claims, and sentencing advocacy. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
