Biography

Arizona native, family man and seasoned real estate and business attorney, Ian D. Quinn has built his reputation with his personalized approach to serving the local communities he loves. Ian is a fifth-generation Arizonan that has a deep connection to this state and his community, using his extensive experience and expertise to provide efficient and effective legal services throughout Arizona.

Ian grew up in Arizona, attended George Washington University, graduating with a BA in 2002. He then returned to his home state to pursue his law degree, graduating in 2005 from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. After graduation, Ian worked with several local law firms in litigation and transactional law, including litigation and business groups at Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP.

Ian opened QuinnLaw, PLLC in 2011, focusing on real estate and business law in Arizona. Since founding QuinnLaw in Phoenix, Ian has grown his practice to serve clients throughout the state.

Ian and his team at QuinnLaw have created a diversified firm that works efficiency to address the legal concerns of his clients. Real estate and business law can often go hand-in-hand, and Ian handles both complex legal areas for business clients throughout Arizona. These include transactional activities for both real estate and business endeavors, such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts, as well as litigation for various types of disputes. Ian’s personalized approach and focus on efficiency have created long-lasting relationships with many of his clients, including those who have retained him as their outside general counsel.

Ian’s reputation as a strong litigator and efficient transactional business attorney is known throughout Arizona. Ian has handled contract disputes, business divorce, business tort claims, boundary disputes and many other legal issues in almost all 15 counties in Arizona and had successful cases for clients in both divisions of the Arizona Court of Appeals. His desire and ability to obtain desirable outcomes for his clients while offering efficiency and value with his services has earned him his stellar reputation with his clients in many different marketspaces.

When the day is done, Ian goes home to his wife Sarah and their three children in Arcadia. Sarah is a nurse practitioner that is the founder and medical director of Arcadia Wellness Center in Phoenix.

Deep roots inspire Ian to stay active in the community and the legal profession. He serves as Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court and as a board member of the Arcadia Camelback Mountain Neighborhood Association. Ian is also a past chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Communications Advisory Panel.
