Igor Shoiket is a registered patent attorney and a highly experienced intellectual property counselor and litigator with expertise in complex matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and in federal district courts nationwide. Mr. Shoiket focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, patent and trademark prosecution, patent infringement litigation, trademark infringement litigation, copyright infringement litigation, patent reexaminations and reissue proceedings, product clearance opinions, due diligence investigations, copyright, trademark and trade secret issues. Mr. Shoiket has counseled clients in intellectual property matters in a wide range of technologies including computer software and hardware, internet technologies, optics and electronics, biotechnology, medical devices, mechanical devices, semiconductor design and fabrication, and consumer goods. Mr. Shoiket has extensive experience in developing litigation strategy and managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial, including e-discovery, depositions, pre- and post-trial motions, and claim construction proceedings in patent cases.
