Biography

Ilinda has a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).

Ilinda has assisted executives and high net worth individuals for more than 35 years in the areas of tax, investment, retirement and estate planning.

Ilinda previously led the financial planning practice at Ernst & Young for the Memphis and Nashville offices of the firm. She also taught many income taxation and estate planning courses and taught an Estate and Gift Tax Course as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis.

In addition to working with Parham Estate Law, Ilinda is working with Chalmers & Poole, CPAs as a Principal.

Ilinda and her family reside in Germantown, Tennessee. Ilinda, Mike and their two sons, Jackson and Josh, are members of the Germantown Church of Christ. Ilinda and her family enjoy traveling and attending basketball games for the University of Memphis and the Memphis Grizzlies.
