Biography

Ilya Novofastovsky is the founding and managing attorney of Novo Law Firm, P.C. He was the youngest appointed Administrative Law Judge of Appeals with the City of New York. Mr. Novofastovsky formed the firm to pursue his dream of a law practice that betters practitioners as well as the community at large.

Throughout his career, Mr. Novofastovsky has helped thousands of clients capture tens of millions of dollars through sharp analysis, dogged persistence and careful risk management.

Through litigation, Mr. Novofastovsky continues to define the world around us. His notable cases include lawsuits with the NFL, The City of New York, AIG, FedEx, Prudential (class action) Nissan Motors, State Farm, ConEd, LIRR, Macy's, Schindler Elevators, Maimonides Medical Center - just to name a few.

Mr. Novofastovsky is also a recognized expert in business and real estate matters. Represented clients include franchises, healthcare facilities, Co-op and Condominium Associations, Waste / Scrap Centers, fashion factories and boutiques as well as restaurants - all ranging in size form startups to $30,000,000.00 in annual income.
