Irina von Berlichingen is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. She advises national and international clients on M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and on general corporate law matters.

During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Potsdam she worked for a major international law firm and the German Embassy in Paris.
