Iris Dingemans

Iris focuses on transactional, advisory and regulatory matters within the asset management and investment funds sector.

Her practice covers the formation, running and maintenance of investment funds, as well as advising on topics relevant for the investment team/sponsor or investors, such as (co)investment arrangements, liquidity, exits, (fund) governance, applicable financial regulations (such as AIFMD, UCITS), including licensing procedures in various jurisdictions and the marketing of investment funds. Iris’ client base consists of both (international) fund managers, as well as institutional investors.

With a strong background in (Dutch) corporate law, contract law and financial markets regulation, she combines her legal knowledge with practical experience to guide her clients on the full spectrum of investment fund and asset management topics.

During the course of her career Iris worked in Amsterdam, London, and Dubai.
