Irma Ozegovic

Irma Ozegovic is an experienced litigation attorney and professionally trained collaborative law practitioner who serves as Managing Attorney. She brings a steady mix of empathy and strong advocacy to every matter, shaped in part by watching friends and family endure difficult divorces. That experience fuels her commitment to helping clients feel supported, well-informed, and confidently represented during major life transitions. Irma builds client relationships on trust, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy. She takes time to understand what matters most, so the legal plan fits the real-life stakes. Her goal is to combine compassionate guidance with practical, decisive legal work so clients can move forward with clarity and confidence. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Irma moved to Washington in 1995 and earned her degrees from the University of Washington and Ave Maria School of Law. She also prioritizes giving back, volunteering through the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program, Tacoma Pro Bono Community Lawyers, and King County Bar Association Pro Bono Services. Outside the office, Irma is an avid reader (often 20–30 books a month), and she enjoys skiing, snowboarding, traveling, and time with her family. She’s also a proud mom of two energetic sons and is passionate about animal rescue and fostering.
