Isaac Pasaret Hernandez

Isaac Hernandez is an accomplished attorney with significant litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts across Arizona and California. After earning his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2004, Isaac began his practice at Jackson Lewis LLP in San Francisco, handling a variety of employment law cases for employers throughout California. He later returned to Phoenix, where he continued to represent large corporate employers at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and Ballard Spahr LLP. In 2012, Isaac founded his own firm, now Thunderbird Law Group PLLC, where he provides experienced representation to both employees and responsible employers. His practice has grown to encompass wrongful death, medical and professional malpractice, excessive force, and business disputes. Since 2020, Isaac has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, presiding over arbitration proceedings with parties from around the country.
